Jerry Robinson who most people know as the creative force behind the Joker has passed away at 89. Robinson was hired when he was 17 to bob Bob Kane to do the inking for Batman and would do that for several years. He is not only the creator of the Joker but the co creator of Robin, he was also a well respected comic historian. I met Robinson a few months ago at Comic Con, he was extremely kind and you could tell even at his age he still and a passion for comics and it's fan base, he will be missed.
