Kick Ass two has been all over the map, it's happening, it isn't happening, it is, it isn't, well it actually is happening. The movie is set to release on June 28th and has will begin filming shortly. The big news is the recent casting, it looks like you are getting everyone back plus one big name Jim Carrey. Now it hasn't been confirmed yet but Jeff Wadlow the director tweeted this "6 days till we start shooting... and we officially have our Colonel. Alrighty F'n then". Which makes it look like Carrey will be the Colonel. I have no problem with this, Carrey has had his ups and downs but for the most part he decent. The Colonel definitely has a presence in the book but who knows how much screen time he will get, I could see them making it a bigger part in the movie because Carrey is the one portraying him.
